I don’t think Garrys post was meant for you to follow verbatim.
I believe he is hitting the nail on the head with this idea though. Anyone with vision can see that local internet marketing will be huge in the coming years. Businesses are used to paying thousands to tens of thousands of dollars a year for phone book advertising that is just plain old out-dated. I think this would be so easy to sell to a small business, especially a service oriented company that doesn’t have a web presence.
Spin this into a performance based payment structure and CHA-CHING!
Like shooting fish in a barrel.
