Hi Garry,

Keep and share - http://keepandshare.com has a feature-rich, free online management tool that can be used for calendars, scheduling, file or photo sharing, planning and events, etc. I like it and think you will to.

Well Garry,
I'm an enthusiast of the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology and if you want to find some offline or offline software to implement it just browse to the gtd index and scroll down untill you find the software list.

I use the software Bonsai by Natara, with it I always carry my todo-lists with me on my Palm and then I syncronize them with my desktop PC.
If you want to know more about GTD and my implementation, take a look at my italian blog (... you know how to read it in english through Google Translate).

ciao

@Megan
Hey, that hitask is pretty slick! I love the drag and drop feature.

This reminds me of another service that I don't think ever got off the ground: Scrybe. I got a beta invite to it and tried it out. But according to their site it's still in invitation-only mode. Wish I could send out invites to it. :(

Ok, I know I already posted about RememberTheMilk.com, but a couple of days ago I read something about http://www.HiTask.com and decided to try it out - After I played around with it a bit, I started to like it - its real easy to learn, has a nice interface that supports drag and drop, you can export your data, collaborate, besides tasks you can also add meetings, reminders, notes and birthdays, you can set up recurring items, group tasks into projects, you can tag items, use start and end dates and times or not if you don't want to. I am still learning, but thought I would come back and post again because I liked it so much that I went ahead and signed up for the $15.00 a year premium version after playing with the free version. Its not that RememberTheMilk isn't great, its just the HiTask fits me and my needs a bit better

I've been using Google Calendar for a while now for organising appointments and such and taht works well - they even have tool to synchronise this to your Outlook calendar, which in turn syncs to my mobile phone!

I keep meaning to look into Remember the Milk to organise To-Do lists, that has lots of syncing options that I've read about and will also integrate nicely with Google Calendar.

Those would be my recommended starting points Garry.

Garry, be sure to let the rest of us know if you come across any that may have been emailed to you. I'm interested in something similar myself.
