I absolutely love Host Gator! I also strongly believe that their customer service is second to none. Also, Fantastico is an amazing plugin! It saves you so much time. I’m not a big fan of firing up that FTP Client. So, being able to download different scripts within seconds is very useful.
I am definitely not sick and tired of my webhost because I use HostGator. They are awesome! Never had a single major problem with them. And the tiny issues I’ve had were always resolved in a matter of minutes via the live chat.
