AskKids.com

Ask Kids has a brand new web design. On AskKids.com children can visit the SchoolHouse where they can learn more about science, language arts, world events, math and more. Ask.com has incorporated their search technology to make finding things much easier for kids. The sidebar of the SchoolHouse has some really good links and references.

The next section on AskKids.com is Movies. From here, children and kids can search for movies, rate movies and read reviews. The left sidebar offers some very handy filters to narrow searches down.

AskKids.com also has a Video Games section. From here kids can check out and learn about different video games available. Kids can read reviews and filter their search using the sidebar.

The last two sections is Video and Images. From here, kids and children can search for various online videos and images to learn more about the topic of interest. This is a very useful tool for school projects.

All in all, AskKids.com looks to be a pretty cool place for kids. I wouldn’t say that this is the best and most resourceful site for children, but never the less, at least Ask.com is trying.

What do you think about AskKids.com? Is there a better place for kids to call their home page?
