Career in Blogging

There are literally thousands of bloggers out here in the blogosphere who want to make a career in blogging. Some get lucky, others work their butts off trying to find work and most others seems to always chase the rainbow. I don’t have a lot of time today to write a lengthy novel, CyberCoder’s post drained most of my fuel from my writing tank today! lol!! (Thanks a lot there buddy!!!)  But, I need to tell you about a new place that can help you find a job or even a career in blogging.

It’s a new place created by Matt Huggins called the Blog Marketplace. And as it seems, Mr. Huggins has built himself a site where thousands of bloggers can come and go, either looking for a job or needing an employee to hire for a job.

About Blog Marketplace:

“Blog Marketplace is a one-stop service for many of your blogging needs. Bloggers can easily find new job opportunities within the blogosphere suiting your knowledge and abilities. Coming soon is a simplified process of buying and selling blogs. Buyers will find it easy to locate information on blog statistics and pricing for making an informed decision before buying. Sellers can appreciate the increased number of potential buyers who may not have otherwise known their blog is for sale. For more information, visit the official Blog Marketplace blog.”

- Matt Huggins

This situation is amazingly coincidental. When I met Christine, who acquired my domain name PopularBlogger.com, she dropped me a quick email telling me about Matt Huggins and his newly launched project… I was floored! I couldn’t believe that someone just launched a place like this… so new, it still has the price tag stuck to it.

I was incredibly successful selling two domain names coupled with my ideas and concepts behind them. I will be continuing to offer up my domain names and business concepts to my readers. I want to give anyone a first hand opportunity to buy a dot Com business that I am about to launch right out of under me before I launch it myself.

Only difference now, is that I will be moving my business to the Blog Marketplace. I will continue to publish my offers here on my blog, but I will direct people to view the details of my offers on the Blog Marketplace.

If you need a job, and want to make a career in blogging, check out The Blog Marketplace for work. You will find my available jobs there and soon you will find many more from hundreds of others who are in a position to offer work. Along with channeling my business through Matt’s market, I will also  be adding a little button to my sidebar as additional aid in helping support his wonderful efforts.

I see how it goes, first you talk nice, then blame me for draining all your blog fuel, good thing for me you got that last post out before your batteries run down.

:)

I told you getting old is fun.

That looks really great, and a good place to start with ‘our new little project’? I’m ready and raring to get started with that!
