Celebrity-Access.com Established Blog Up For Sale

I am selling one of my more established Celebrity News and Gossip Blogs. I am looking for a quick sale, nothing drawn out. If I can’t successfully sell the blog in this post, I will then create a SitePoint.com auction.

Celebrity-Access.com has been a very fun and entertaining blog for me. But as you know, I have way too many projects going on at the moment and I am not doing this blog any justice by owning it. Celebrity-Access.com has a ton of potential and already has great establishments in the search engines and tons of traffic. Needless to say, if you purchase Celebrity-Access.com you are not getting a lemon blog.

Celebrity-Access.com sports one of my most creative and well designed custom blog themes. This design was created for internal use only and has never been displayed on another site other than on Celebrity-Access.com. I would have charged a customer around $1000 dollars for this made to order design.

Here are some screen shots:

Could you become the next TMZ? Well, that is up to you, I can tell you this, with Celebrity-Access.com you will have all the tools needed. The rest is really up to you. I have invested a TON of time into making this blog very special. It sports a very sexy, appealing and attractive look. As you can see from the above, the design includes a lot of very well designed graphics.

This blog DOES NOT make money… again, I repeat, it does not make money. With proper attention and proper product promotions and levels of monetization I am sure it could. But for me, I have too many blogs and I can’t devote even the minimal time needed. Please consider this when you make me an offer.

This blog is very HOT in respect to traffic. It is HIGHLY optimized for search engines and content get indexed in a matter of MINUTES.

Because Google Hot Trends is always infested with celebrity gossip and news keywords, blogging on this blog is very SIMPLE. But honestly, a large reason why I am selling this blog is because I don’t like the niche. I don’t know anything about celebrities nor do I have an interest. Because of those reasons, it really makes my job writing on the blog difficult.

The blog officially launched on April 24th 2008. I have tracked all traffic activity using Google Analytics. I am providing you with a FULL DETAILED Google Analytics report from April 24th to July 8th 2008.

Here are some key facts about this blog:

  1. You are buying the domain name.
  2. You are buying the entire blog and all contents, themes and graphics.
  3. There are 216 high quality articles published.
  4. There are 300 search engine friendly tag pages.
  5. There are a total of 515 pages indexed in Google (CLICK HERE)
  6. The content pulls up excellent in Google (CLICK HERE FOR EXAMPLE)
  7. New content gets indexed within just an hour of publishing.
  8. The site has had over 5000 visit so far this month in July alone.  (CLICK HERE VIEW JULY ONLY REPORT)
  9. The site has had over 16,000 visits since April. (CLICK HERE VIEW FULL REPORT)

I am not going to sell you garbage. And hopefully you’ll see my honesty in providing you with such details and accurate traffic numbers, not to mention also by advertising this site for sale on my own personal blog where my reputation is on the line. All in all, this is a very HEALTHY white hat operated blog. You are not buying junk, you are getting top grade quality across the board.

You can use the comment form to place your public bid or ask questions.

Bidding starts at $25 dollars.

Auction ends when I feel that I have reached the highest amount possible. If I am not satisifed with the bid amounts I may invite bidders to make official bids after I create a SitePoint.com auction. All in all, I am not very picky and I don’t want to make this a drawn out thing. The new owner should immediately start blogging on this blog to continue the successful momentum.

I will accept PayPal.com payments, money order payments and wire transfers. I can even accept monthly payments if the price reaches a level that it would cause someone financial burden to pay 100% up front.

Great blog I would be interested to buy it but I’m not into gossip either.

Good luck with the sale!

I tell you Garry, if I were in the business of buying blogs I would have my hands all over this one. The celeb scene is a hot place to be, and that looks like a fantastically established blog site that you are offering. Best of luck with the sale!

Hi Jim,

Thank you so much for your comment and positive words about the site. I too only wish I was a celeb blogger. Quickly, I discovered that I don’t enjoy blogging on this topic at all and I quickly lost motivation to continue blogging on it. I currently keep the site very fresh with content, but it is more of a chore than something I enjoy.

I feel like someone should have the opportunity to have fun on the blog. This blog is means a lot to me and I almost feel like I am seeking out adoption options for it. ;)

Looks like a great set up. And I have to agree that celeb gossip is a great niche for bloggers.

Garry, why hasn’t it made any money though? Even with that traffic you would think some revenue would be generated. Is the traffic from image search?

Hi Dot Driven,

I haven’t looked at the traffic reports all that closely so I don’t know if traffic comes from Google Image search. The reports available will show you though. You are more than welcome to download and view them.

As far as money goes. I was very focused on building up a readership on this blog back in April. In fact, this blog was one of the top ranked blogs in http://www.showhype.com. Because of my good standing status with ShowHype, their robot for the most part will automatically crawl my site and submit my posts into their system. That is like having a StumbleUpon robot do the same… it’s a huge win for the blog.

Anyway with all that being said, my AdSense code was placed at the bottom of the pages rather than the top. I have since moved that AdSense code to the top directly below the post title less than a week ago and I believe it is made $18 bucks so far.

After doing that, the blog has made more money in the last week than it has since I started it in April. Really, this blog is very personal to me. I worked really hard on this blog and at the time when I was designing it, my goal was to produce and apply all my best design and coding skills into it. Amazingly this site in my opinion is a huge success.

All my goals with the site were met and exceeded. The site is a search engine magnet, it is a traffic whore… and most importantly, the site simply looks freaking awesome. I am very proud of my work.

Really the only issue I have is the niche. I was stupid to choose a celebrity blog. Many of you guys including yourself know me pretty well… I am simply not wired for all that celeb gossip stuff. Soon, posting on the blog become a chore and I wasn’t having fun.

I have tons of fun blogging on blogs like this one and my deal blogs. So, I guess I mean to say, is if you don’t have your heart into the product, it won’t do well. I lost my writing fire on the blog. And because of that, it bothers me and I want to see someone take advantage of the opportunity and make this blog very successful and very popular.

Thank you for taking the time to ask me your questions.

I am going to have to talk to my husband about this one since I freelance a lot about celebrities and this blog could actually help me make more money by promoting my articles also.

Indeed… the blog just needs to have an author open their arms and welcome the blog into their home. ;)

Celebrity-Access.com just needs an author who is motivated to continue where I left off. Sadly, I quickly discovered that blogging in the celebrity niche is absolutely something I am not interested in.

Anyone that has an interest in buying the blog I wanted to update you with some stats. I recently have made a change to the position of some AdSense code and within the last 7 days the AdSense earning has been $12 dollars. So as it stands we are looking at a monthly revenue of about $50 dollars.

I’ll try to find some time to make a few more tweaks to increase the earnings more. Once again, this is a blog that has a lot of traffic. But making money from it wasn’t my primary focus. Since money is always a focus for interested buyers, I continue to find some time to do a few tweaks here and there to so that it continues to earn more.

Site is still for sale… I had to turn it off for a few days because the amount of traffic it is getting is crashing my server.

I’ve thought about starting a celebrity blog for a few months now but didn’t know if I had the interest to keep it going or not. I am tempted, but we’re broke this month without overtime lately. Can’t justify it over the mortgage. I hope you see what you want for it, Garry!
