Download the new Google Chrome web browser. This is a brand new web browser that Google, Inc. has released towards officially entering into the web browser blood bath wars against Microsoft Internet explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
Google Chrome is a free open source web browser that packs a punch. It comes with its own JavaScript Virtual Machine called V8, it will use a very specialized tab system unlike seen before, it has an auto-completion address bar, and a specialized home page that takes on a speed dial look and feel to it with screen shots of your most visited web pages.
I am pretty particular about how my web site looks in different web browsers and so I am anxious to see what my web site looks like using this new browser. My site is a WordPress blog so I had spoke with tech support from HostGator.com about it earlier today and they said that there really shouldn’t be any issues. We’ll have to see though. Part of me thinks that I’ll be back to the drawing board with doing some HTML and design tweaks again. I did think it was cool that they were aware of the new browser though. Google Blogoscopoed covered a full story about Google Chrome. Also, Google Chrome has made number one in Google Hot Trends. You can see other stories about it if you like; however, I haven’t found anyone able to download it just yet. At any rate, as of now, you can download and print a 37 page PDF Comic book created by Google that tells a very comical story while at the same time unveils technical information about the new Google Chrome web browser.

Now I understand why you can not anymore advertise the Mozilla Firefox download with Adsense Referrals.
Sad, because it has been in the last 3 months a nice passive income stream (the only one wich was steady and really passive for me).

When is the download going to be available? I’ve tried to get more info on where to download Google Chrome but my research has turned up negative as of yet. Probably in a few hours (days?) time after the Chrome download have been made available to the Chrome-curious public. Not that I’m that eager to download the Google Chrome browser and try it out for myself. No, not me. I’ll sit this one out and probably try it after the dust has settled.

It has been reported that it will be available some time today. Whether that is true or not, I am not sure. As soon the download link becomes available, I’ll add it here on the post.

i’m willing to try it out just to see if it works more efficiently than FireFox… if it’s faster than Firefox, has tabs and isn’t IE, then i’ll use it

Chrome took some time to install with the installer (at this busy time I reckon) but it works perfectly and with the same speed like IE& or FF. It looks so swishy. I was fretting if my site will appear ok in it and it does as per normal so far.
