Free SEO / SEM / BANS Niche WordPress Blog Special

Free Web Designs

Building niche WordPress blogs is where the money is at.  They are very simple to build, require no maintenance and have a very minimal amount of time invested afterward. With that said, not many people are building them. At least that is my perception by following a lot of the people who read my blog.

I’d like to help you build a niche WordPress blog and I’d also like to get paid for doing it. However, I have a way where I can help build a niche blog for you where it won’t cost you a dime. As many of you know, I get a sales commission for selling HostGator.com web hosting. Also too, I have been researching other web hosting companies and I can get a sales commission for selling their services too.

So here is the deal. If you would like to have a niche WordPress blog, simply order your web hosting account with HostGator.com. Get their “Baby Plan” use coupon code: wordpress to get the first month for a penny. After you do that, simply contact me and let me know you placed your order.

From there, I will learn about the things that interest you and the things that you feel comfortable writing about. Upon discovering this information, I will research and find a handful of available domain names for you, I will help you get WordPress installed, I will get it search engine friendly by making all the normal tweaks that I normally do for myself, I will install all the plugins that I normally use for myself and to top it off, I will provide you with five free professionally written articles that are optimized for your chosen niche. These articles will be uploaded and published to your niche blog, they will be assigned a proper category and will also be properly tagged.

All you need to do is pay for the domain name and web hosting. Which when you do so through HostGator.com, they in return pay me. So basically, I am working for my sales commission rather than attempting to pitch the product while doing nothing like everyone else. Money is earned with hard work and I am willing to build you a blog and get you on your feet in order for me to earn my commission.

Interested? If so, then you know what to do. ;)

Also, if you are already a HostGator.com customer, we will need to use BlueHost.com. Also too, I am secret shopping many web hosting companies towards finding the best web hosting companies online. But in the mean time, HostGator.com and BlueHost.com are perfect for this type of project.

If you are not sold on this offer, let’s look at it from another perspective. If you sign up for HostGator.com’s Baby Plan and use coupon code: wordpress, you are going to walk out paying only one penny! With that, you are also getting all of my services mentioned above fro that same penny!

Quite honestly, if you don’t take me up on this offer, you then need to stop acting as if you want to make money online because you really don’t.  Seriously!

Count me in! I’ll sign up with HostGator soon. Thanks for the great offer.

Holy crap! That is a really cool deal Gary. I will sign up right away!

Hey Garry,

That is an awesome offer from you but I am not surprised.

If you build a site half as good as what you built me then you will have the happiest customers on the planet.

Great stuff mate!

Garry,
Are you willing to do this for an undeveloped/yet to be hosted URL that I already have (I own about a dozen, all nicely SEO compatible) or do you prefer to only come up with new domain names? I don’t see why I wouldn’t do this regardless. I’m in! I’m speechless – you’re amazing. May your generosity flow back to you tenfold.

Together, we are stronger!
Vicki Flaugher, the original SmartWoman

P.S. Can I extend this offer to my blog readers too?

You are my #1 customer Murray and partly inspired me to create this service for my readers. Thank you for being the coolest customer anyone could ever ask for. ;)

This service that I am providing is a very nice “Starter Kit” version of what I have been doing for you.

6 Garry Conn { 09.03.08 at 10:37 pm }

Hi Vicki,

I don’t see that as being a problem at all. In fact, this is a perfect situation to encourage others to get moving on developing a second domain.

Many people purchase domain names that were inspired by a really cool idea or dream. So, I am all about helping you with trying to turn that dream into something real.

As long as you sign up for hosting using the proper link and I have a record of getting a commission for the transaction, I am totally cool with you using an existing domain name.

When it comes down to the email consultation and listening to what you are wanting to do and when you tell me what the domain name is, I might advice you otherwise, and offer some suggestions, but the final decision will remain in your control. If you want to use an existing domain, that is fine by me. ;)

and YES!!! totally you can extend this offer to your readers as well. It is important for them to understand how I will get paid though. At this moment in time, I am only using HostGator.com and BlueHost.com because I trust their services and have joined their affiliate programs. Over the next few days, I will continue with my secret shopper phone calls to find other hosting companies that I feel are good enough to provide a service to my readers.

For the people that are already a current HostGator.com or BlueHost.com customer, I can provide this service to them $125 dollars sent via Paypal.com to garryconn@gmail.com. Thanks again Vicki for your own personal interest and your eagerness to help by expanding this offer to your own readers. I appreciate that very much… my wife does too because she knows that I’ll be out of her hair for awhile. LOL!!!

You are very welcome. Just contact me as soon as you sign up. Include a transaction # or a receipt # of some kind so that I can match you up with the affiliate transaction.

8 Jarret { 09.03.08 at 10:41 pm }

Is the site that Murray used for his name the site that you have been working on with him?

If so, it looks great and looks like it would do quite well with AdSense and the like.

Care to reveal any more information on whether or not you have had any success with it Murray?

Hi Janis,

That is great news. I look forward to working with you. Just be sure to contact me after you sign up so that I can learn more about the niche blog that you want to create and so that I can learn more about your interests and get things going for you. Also too, I am now discovering that it is much easier if you can include your receipt # / transaction # so that I can pair you up the transaction and count you off as being paid.

How could we pass this up? Are you setting a limit? So I already have a site with Hostgator, so I need to sign up with Bluehost, correct?

Lame question, how do we sign up without a domain name in mind?

You rock.

To save Murray from feeling like he would need to cover for me, I’ll tell you that I doubt that his site is making much just yet. However, I am thrilled that he plugged his link in the comments. His site is what I would call a “Ready Made Niche Site”

This was a team project site between Christine Senter, Annie Binns and myself where we built Murray a complete blog that come with 25 high quality written articles by Christine Senter, a professionally written and edited eBook by Annie Binns and a beautiful Niche WordPress theme with graphics by myself.

Everything pieced together perfectly on this project leaving Murray with only one job… and that is to plug that link in as many places as possible towards building up his backlinks.

The chosen niche is a somewhat competitive one, but not really all that much. As the site gains more maturity and as Murray continues to promote and market the site, the content within the site, it will progressively grow into being a very nice passive income site for him.

The eBook that was created by Annie is free. Murray uses that book to gain email opt ins with his Aweber account. So as time continues to pass, he too is slowly building up a nice email list that can be used towards marketing various products and services that correspond to the theme of his niche site.

The site too has a very nice balance between the focus of collecting email address subscriptions and gaining Google Adsense clicks. I designed the theme in a manner which will allow for a nice click thru rate on traffic that doesn’t take the bait on joining his email opt in.

My goal with the site is to help Murray gain the email opt in as a primary objective and that is then coupled with a secondary objective of making sure that any person who visits the site will either opt in or LEAVE via clicking on a Google AdSense ad.

Also too, as the site grows Murray has a very nice contract offer with Christine Senter to continue providing freelance writing work on the site. Christine is very good at what she does and provides amazing rates and has personally provided freelance writing work for — Congrats Christine!! — OVER ONE YEAR!!! wow!! That is awesome.

So For Murray, he did invest a little money up front; however in due time, that money will easily be returned to him through his site and also soon it will begin to make a profit for him and because he has the contract offer with Christine, the amount of money needed to maintain the site is very low.

Hey bud!!!

Thanks for taking me up on the offer. Yes, you are right, I only get paid commission for New HostGator.com accounts. So yes, please use BlueHost.com if you are already a HostGator.com customer.

If you would like to contact me and give me an overview of what you would like to do, that is totally fine. We can figure out a domain name together thru email first and then you can sign up for BlueHost.com.

** Also for everyone reading this, I want to remind you that I will be expanding the number of available web hosting companies that you can sign up with. At this time, I only feel comfortable working with HostGator.com and BlueHost.com. If you are already an existing customer with both of these companies, this same service can be purchased for $125. **

13 Jarret { 09.03.08 at 11:03 pm }

Cool, thanks for the info Garry.

Hmm, I am going to setup someway to build up an email list on my new blog that I had asked you about as well. Not sure how I will do it exactly, still need to lay everything out and get stuff situated.

I’ve seen Christine around your site and checked out her site a few times, maybe I will get in contact with her when it comes to writing up a few articles to help me get started.

14 Garry Conn { 09.03.08 at 11:07 pm }

That is awesome to hear that you’ll use Christine. She does amazing work. Be sure to give her a big $$ TIP $$ if you do, you’ll win her heart for life. She is an amazing person and a great friend of mine.

If anyone screws her over I’ll have Wayne John kick their ass. ;)

Christine and I will both wash his motorcycle. lol

Hi Jarret,

As Garry has already mentioned this site is very new. I am just in the process of starting the promotion/marketing now. This is a niche that I researched and as Garry said, although it is a fairly competitive niche, I think there is still some opportunity there. I think Adsense will be a major earner on the site.
The articles have been written by Christine and I can highly recommend her writing services. This was not an easy topic to write on as I’m sure Christine will tell you but she has done some excellent research. Additionally, Annie has produced a wonderful and very professional ebook and with Garry over sighting the whole project it was pleasure to work with such a great team. Its up to me now to promote.
Although there is some cost in getting a site like this setup, any money spent will be well worth it in the long run.
If anyone is considering setting up a site this way you will not find anyone better than Garry and his team to implement the project. If Garry decided to stop blogging and just build sites for sale on Sitepoint I’m sure he would make a killing!

Yeah I’ll have to agree with you that Garry and his team have a good thing going.

I sent that email earlier today to Garry and he was nice enough to answer it live on his blog and gave some great information. I have been thinking of switching web hosting anyways and having Garry and his team kick start the blog would be a very nice start indeed.

I will have to ponder this as I just discovered earlier today that I have another domain name that has some potential as I quickly stated in my latest blog post. Like I’ve said before, if there was anybody that I would trust to start up a site for me it would be Garry.

I already have an hosting plan but I’m interested in your blog niche service.

Is it possible to pay you the same money you would received for your commission (and forget about a new hosting plan) ?
