Google Chrome For Mac
Google Chrome is finally available for Mac. I am finally glad to see this. I started using Chrome earlier this year and enjoyed it a lot. About a month after using Chome I decided to purchase a MacBook Pro. This, by far, is the best computer I have ever owned.
I’ll never purchase a Microsoft Windows based computer again. That said, I was frustrated to discover that Chrome wasn’t available for Mac. Finally after many months they released a very unstable pre-beta version. I was excited about that, but it was quite buggy. A few days ago, and with much improvements, Google launched Google Chrome for Mac.
The only problem I have, and this is unrelated to the operating system, is the fact that Chrome doesn’t support many of the things that I enjoy using. Many of these features are native to Google.
An example is Google Sidewiki.
Google Sidewiki is only available on Internet Explorer and FireFox and not available on Chrome. How ironic. At any rate, while my goal of using only ONE browser is continued to be shot down, I am pleased to at least have a stable version of Google Chrome on my Mac.
Google Chrome is very fast, stable, and comes with an array of its own unique features. One of the features I enjoy is that you can use the address bar as a Google search bar:

What is your favorite web browser and if it’s not Google Chrome, what is keeping it from becoming your primary / default browser?
