Google Translation Tools Help Me Make More Friends!
While many people in my niche have a chip on their shoulder and say that Google acting like a big baby about paid links and sponsored reviews, I think many people are failing to see how awesome Google is.
I have a new friend from Italy named, Alexander Reif. He is a very kind and knowledgeable individual. Recently and to my surprise, he mailed me a gift of some KILLER candy from Italy. I thought that was really sincere of him. Who do you know in this world today that would invest the time to buy candy, package it and then personally ship it out of the country to a person met via the Internet? Way cool.. and thank you Alex for your gift, you are awesome!

If you ask me, I think that is about one of the coolest thing I have seen. I have known about translation tools for awhile, but the ones I have used in the past were never really that good. Google’s translations tools, is very close to being perfect!
I have to admit, it’s features like Google’s translation tools that make me feel better when I am sitting on over $550 dollars worth of ReviewMe.com reviews that I choose NOT to accept.

Thank you so much. I knew there was a way but couldnt’ remember it. I kept trying his link and just guessing a few words but now this is much better and faster.
I think it was Andy Warhol, who was preaching that everybody will have his 15 minutes of notoriety, so this seems to be mine. It’s now 7 years I was waiting for it and finally I can use the speech I’ve longly prepared for this moment, here we are, ready go:

That is a good idea to actually add the tools to your blog. I wonder if there are WP plugins that work as well at the Google translation tools? If, so.. then I would have no problem adding a few translation buttons.
translating software still need years of work…but vast improvements in the last couple of years. it now makes sense.

I agree with bloggernoob: Google Translation is good enough to get the sense of my blog, but there is still alot to do to become perfect. I say this because in may dayjob we sell machines in different countries around the world and we have to supply the user manuals in the language of the country in which we deliver. This manuals get translate for a lot of money, but unfortunely most of these get crunched by softwares and the results are awful. Just last week it happened to me, that in a manual for a german customer (one of the biggest and most famous car builders of Germany), instead of “switch on the PC”, there was written the equivalent of “lightning-up the PC”. Normally I would rolling on floor hearing such things, but I’ve to stand in front of the customer and hear his complaints about all these things…
