I say put them up at http://www.revver.com where you get paid for the ad impressions, and yeah, they do show up in a google search too.

I use YouTube. Although, they are adding advertisements, so maybe Google video now?

Why not just upload to both?

However in my experience Google Video traffic is only a brief spell whereas youtube continuously gets views as users subscribe to your channel and do tag searches.

YouTube all the way. Tons more people use it and will see your videos for a much longer time. And of course, I love the community aspect behind it all.

I always use Google Video simply because I prefer the interface. Not too much else matters to me.

I would suggest Youtube for traffic reasons as well as the fact that google seems to be putting much more focus on youtube. Most of the videos that I see within SERPS come from youtube, then google and metacafe. I am definitely interested in what you end up doing and what you find out. I would love to cover it on my Video SEO site – Reelseo.com. Please let me know what you end up doing and how well it works. Thanks.

They are placing a lot of focus on YouTube and away from Google Videos. The guys at Google are smart and know that YouTube had the best image to the end user when it came to videos. Here is another good example, the lines between Google and YouTube API's are getting mighty thin. Mark Lucovsky had this post just 2 weeks ago. In a year I think we will be saying Google Videos? Oh yeah, I remember that!
