I want to wish everyone a Happy New Years and to thank you for reading my blog. Today is a special day. My blog launched on Jan 01, 2006. Today is my blog’s 3rd birthday. The blog is reaching close to 1250 posts, average word count per post I would guess to be around 500, it is probably more. My subscription count is constantly increasing with more and more active readers who speak with me. My social network profiles are growing quickly and I am making tons of friends and helping even more.
Writing on this blog has been tons of fun and I’ll tell you one thing, I am not sure how much you learn by reading this blog, one this is for sure, you would never beleive how much I learn writing on it. At times I question who learns more, you or me? What I mean to say is that writing on this blog has been and will continue to be an amazing learning experience for me.
With that said, I want to remind you that I have some unclaimed Christmas gifts that I want to give to you.

Dude — I love your blog. My blog (and my business) has benefited greatly from your generosity in 2008. I am really looking forward to working with you in 2009.
Best of everything,
Mark

We’re going to have to kick Google’s Butt as well as The Net Fool for your PageRank… what the heck were they thinking? lol
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 00:45:44 Comment #28682
I was hoping for PR5 and Jim thinks I deserve a 3. Oh well.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 00:47:53 Comment #28683
Yeah he also thinks John Chow should have a PR6 and Jim Kukral, creator of ScratchBack.com deserves a PR4 LOL!!!
Too much eggnog if you asked me.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 00:49:59 Comment #28684
Cool idea though — if there was math behind it.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 00:54:33 Comment #28685
Well, as you know its based on his personal preference and the money he got paid by some of the guys to get a little publicity loving.
For those who have absolutely no clue what Mark and I are talking about go here:

BTW, I am joking about The Net Fool getting paid for boosting some ranks, but I do think his list is slightly biased.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 01:00:16 Comment #28686
Jim’s not going to think that is funny. But he is probably out chasing sorority girls at the moment…
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 01:04:59 Comment #28687
This is not a laughing matter. I hope he is using protection.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 12:50:51 Comment #28704
Hahahaha… wow guys.
Let’s get a little more adult in here
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 12:54:32 Comment #28706
Actually… I do get paid for doing that
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 12:53:48 Comment #28705
Do you know how many links and posts John Chow has? Many more than your typical PR 5 blog! Bottom line: it doesn’t matter what I say because Google absolutely loathes the man… I guess that serves him right for never answering my emails haha
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 15:01:37 Comment #28709
Oh, so it is about links then… I thought you said it was about who deserved the GPR.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 15:16:42 Comment #28710
No no no, it’s a “fair” value… I said it myself that it’s only me going in as objectively as possible. If it was what I feel that you deserved… GarryConn.com would certainly have a PR 9
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 15:22:05 Comment #28711
GCDC @ PR9 I like the sounds of that.
Jim you have an awesome list and you know I was just ‘Fooling’ around a little bit.
BTW, your check from John Chow should be in the mail by now. lol
Your response to me about Jim Kukral on your blog was great. Thanks for that.

Looking very much forward to continuing working with you in 2009.

Happy new year Garry! I learnt so much from your blog last year. I built my first niche site too – New Year Resolutions and fared pretty well. I can’t wait to tell you more about it. I’ve got big plans for 2009. I’m really starting to like niche sites. LOL.

HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
How do you think I feel about Jim’s PR evaluation? I’m not even on that list! maybe 2011.
Here’s to a killer 2009 dude!
Cheers!
Jay
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 20:45:07 Comment #28720
Holy cow Jay… you’re not joking… LOL
You really aren’t on the list. Wow, and you guys are pretty decent online pals too. I guess you didn’t take him too seriously when he tried to barter with you a few weeks ago.
{joking}
Hey man… I wish you an awesome 2009. I am glad you commented because I had cleaned out my Google Reader and need to get you added back. Talk soon.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 23:11:52 Comment #28725
Haha, you won’t be on the list PERIOD until you submit your website to 45n5.com, where I took the top 100. It wasn’t me just picking my favorite blogs, you’d definitely be on it then… read the fine print buddy!
Date/Time: 1-2-2009 02:10:37 Comment #28737
That’s Jim, always passing the buck. lol.
I was kidding around man, I knew you got the list from 45n5.
@Garry: Thanks for adding me back…and for being honest that SuiteJ.com got kicked to the curb when you purged your list of garbage sites. lmao
I actually read your blog more than it seems, but lately, I’ve been busy and just reading posts in G-Reader.
Anyway, screw top 100 lists! I’m in Garry Conn’s feed reader….again!
Cheers!
Jay

I only have 30 subscriptions in my reader too… so you know that you’re really loved now.
Actually, I am really starting to enjoy Google Reader a lot now that I wiped everything out and started over. It wasn’t that I didn’t like the subscriptions in there previously, it was just simply unmanageable. I like reading your blog so I am very happy that you dropped in and left a comment.
Date/Time: 1-2-2009 02:44:10 Comment #28740
You have 30 blogs in your RSS? I only have three: Garry Conn, Suite Jay and The Net Fool. Yes, I read my own blog’s rss… I am that conceited.
Of course, this can’t detract from the 14 email addresses I have registered to receive email updates from John Chow’s blog of perfection and all that is good… all dumped to my gmail account in dramatic fashion on the hour, every hour.
Date/Time: 1-1-2009 22:43:08 Comment #28723
