How To Decide on Building a Blog or a Web Site?
Sometimes it is better to build a website instead of a blog. When I research and find profitable keywords many times I have to decide on whether I should build a blog targeting these keywords or build a simple web site instead. This situation I am faced with occurs almost every time I dig into Google AdWords Keyword Tool and in this video I show you exactly what to look for and how you can decide yourself on choosing to create a blog or a web site.

Garry, even though Google’s Keyword tool doesn’t give you additional keywords you can always come up with your own right? In your example with “Payroll Management Software” you’re can easily add extra words like “how to use”, “find”, “cheap”, “review” etc.
That could probably help produce double listings in Google. I know that you can do this with static pages as well but I find that using CMS (like Wordpress) will also help you make changes a lot easier than with static sites (given that you have more than one page of course).
What is your reason for only wanting to create one page?
