How To Make Money Online Finding a Blog Writing Job?

As you may know, blogging is becoming very popular. But what you might not know is that there are many companies will pay you money to write for them on their blog.

If you read my blog,  it is very likely that you have a blog too. Even more, it’s likely that you’re seeking out ways to make money online with your blog. As you know, there are many ways to make money online, but sometimes learning how to make money online can be difficult.

While you might struggle with learning the ropes on various affiliate marketing methods, and might face some challenges with learning how to get traffic from Google, one thing is for sure: You Know How To Write.

But, who would actually pay you money to write on their blog? The answer may surprise you! I know that it surprised me when I discovered this. The truth of the matter is this. There are many companies that are willing to pay you excellent money for writing on their blogs. The great news is that these companies are having trouble seeking people like yourself out. This means, if you apply for various blog writing jobs, it is very likely that you’ll successfully land one.

If you are looking to get a job as a freelance blog writer, one excellent place to start searching is over at Darren Rowse’s Job Board listing. His job board  has all kinds of writing jobs for bloggers. I landed two jobs myself from this directory. Of course, now that you know that there is a demand for blog writers, I am sure that finding these job openings won’t be as difficult. I have made over $2000 in one month, simply by being a freelance blog writer.

Interesting. I already knew about Darren Rowse’s job board but I’ve never considered finding a job there. I suppose it’s because I don’t actually need a blogging job as such. Perhaps I would have a different view if I lost my current job, something I don’t see happening anytime soon as I’m self employed, but for now I’m content with posting to my own blogs and interacting with all my commentators.

You are very fortunate Sire, and so am I. :)

A lot of people just starting out, are not though. So doing something like this totally can help if someone has recently lost their job, got laid off, or have had their hours reduced.

I totally agree. I been promoting blogging for money for years, but it’s something that does not come easy. Like everything in life that is worthwhile it requires a fair bit of effort to become successful. I take umbrage at all those sites that make it sound easy, as if you could start a blog today and be making bucket loads of money within a month.

Sites like Darren Rowse’s job board and Helium do give people hope to shape their writing career and that is a good thing, and I don’t thing I implied any different.

It’s been a long road for me too. hehe

What an ingenious idea you have on your home page with the “Pop Quiz”. I just read an article in Website Magazine today that was about some of the best / affordable web hosting companies for WordPress.

I wish I could claim it as my own Gary, but it came with the theme, a damn good them I may add. I remember reading a post you did ages ago where I believe you stated that you would not comment on a blog that did not have an about page that listed the actual name of the blogger. Man, after reading that post I almost change my about page to reflect my real name, but I couldn’t do it. I’ve been Sire for too long now and it’s become my online persona. ;)
