Job Title: Territory Sales Representative.

Job Description: A Territory Sales Representative will be assigned to manage a U.S. State. The (TSR) is responsible for selling (Listings) in the Home Inspections Directory. The (TSR) is responsible for closing deals within their assigned state. The (TSR) is not only responsible for sales but also responsible for providing contact support with their clients by phone and email.

Job Salary: A (TSR) is strictly paid a commission based salary. There is no payroll, or monthly salary. You are paid monthly based on how many sales are made and maintained month to month. A (TSR) is generously compensated 50% of the total sale and will continue to be compensated 50% of the monthly listing fee for as long as your client stays active.

What Is The Money Potential? The amount of money you can make is very high. You can easily build a client base and potentially quit your day job if you desire to. Home Inspections Directory  maintains a list of over 3000 home inspectors in the United States and this list is growing on a daily basis.

Job Skill Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You don’t have to be a U.S. Citizen but you do have to have an active Paypal account. Your monthly commission payments will be processed only using paypal in the form of USD.
• You must speak fluent English.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Needed.
• Excellent Sales Skills Are Needed.
• Prior Experience in Sales is Suggested but Not Required.
• You must have a telephone with long distance service.
• You must have a computer with an Internet Connection.
• You must be available to check email daily and return emails and or phone calls to your clients in a timely manner (36 hours or less).
• You are held accountable to a matrix which is based off the average standards of performance of the entire sales team.  This matrix will be published and made available to all of the (TSR’s). If performance becomes an issue, additional support and training will be provided to help  the (TSR) with improving performance. Poor performance will need to be corrected or it could lead to the termination of your position.
