Been a subscriber for quite a while but are you seriously asking people to bid more than 50$ for this unused domain?
Why shouldn’t they go and register searchenginejack.com or searchenginejill.com for 8$ and put on a free theme and get a hosting coupon which gives them hosting with someone like crucialwebhost for 30$ for the first year?
To be honest you would loose less ‘respect’ giving it away as a prize!

I think this is the difference of Internet Marketer and “Normal Blogger”.
I don’t see a problem with it. I think it’s fair to sell your own unused domain, or anything. I can sell my unused monitor to my friends, or even to my students if i was a teacher.

I think what I am offering is a great deal. Heck, the hosting alone is worth $50 bucks! But you know how that goes and I have no hard feelings at all. Either someone will be the lucky owner of the domain name or not. I think it comes with killer fringe benefits.

I wouldn’t pay more than 10 dollars for this. With the amount of web hosts that offer free domain names and hosting for 20/year, why not be original and come up with a better domain name like:
SEOBlogga.com (which btw is available)
