My private advertisement service has been going quite well over the last two months. Well, heck I don’t see why it wouldn’t, it’s dirt cheap. Needless to say, I have plenty of advertisers at my introductory price bracket, prices are going to be increasing. However, this is your last call to jump on board and lock in on my introductory advertisement prices. Here is the current rate card:

- 468×60 Banner Ad: $19.95
This is the ad found at the very top of every page on my entire blog. - 300×250 Banner Ad: $34.95

Advertisement Specifications and Availability:
Below I will outline the specifics and availability of each advertisement slot.
125×125 Banner Ads. These are rotated in sets or blocks. Each set or block will contain a maximum of 5 advertisers. Additionally there will be a maximum of 5 blocks or sets available. Total capacity is 25 Advertisers set up on a monthly subscription service processed by Paypal.com. Maximum earning potential for GCDC is $273.75 / month.
468×60 Banner Ads. These are rotated ads with a maximum of 10 slots available. Total capacity is 10 Advertisers set up on a monthly subscription service processed by Paypal.com. Maximum earnings potential for GCDC is $199.50 / month.
300×250 Banner Ads. These are static ads and are not rotated with a maximum of 6 slots available. Positioning of your advertisement is first come first serve. Total capacity is 6 Advertisers set up on a monthly subscription service processed by PayPal.com. Maximum earnings potential for GCDC is $209.70 / month.
Footnote Ads: Similar to the 125×125 ads, these ads are rotated in sets or blocks. Each set or block will contain a maximum of 5 advertisers. Additionally there will be a maximum of 5 blocks or sets available. Total capacity is 25 Advertisers set up on a monthly subscription service processed by Paypal.com. Maximum earning potential for GCDC is $300.00 / month.
In Text Ads: Advertisers can choose a specific word or phrase and have it automatically hyperlink direct to their blog or web site. In Text Ads is set up to automatically use the first instance of the chosen word or phrase in the articles. If the situation occurs where two or more advertisers purchase the same word or phrase, or partial phrase, the Text Ads system is set up to randomize which advertiser gets the first instance of the word or phrase. The other advertiser(s) will pick up an automatic link upon the next available instance of the word or phrase found in the post. There is no limit to how many words or phrases advertisers can purchase. Advertisers can purchase multiple instances of word or phrases to help increase the number of times their word or phrase appears in each post. Any word or phrase can be purchased by an advertiser. Total capacity is virtually unlimited. Advertisers are set up on a monthly subscription using Paypal.com. Calculation for the maximum earning potential for GCDC is unknown.
Article Publication Service (Advertiser Writes and I Publish): A maximum of 10 publications are available per month. Number of comments are not guaranteed. Payment is a one time fee of $25.00 which is made using Paypal.com. Maximum earning potential for GCDC is $250.00 / month.
Article Publication Service (Custom Written by Garry Conn): A maximum of 10 publications are available per month. Number of comments are not guaranteed. Payment is a one time fee of $50.00 which is made using Paypal.com. Maximum earning potential for GCDC is $500.00 / month.
Total Maximum Earning Potential For GCDC (minus In Text Ads): $1732.95
Acceptable Advertisement Guidelines:
I am accepting advertisements that I feel will genuinely benefit the community readership of GarryConn.com. I will allow accept requests to advertise certain affiliate based products; however, these type of requests will be under go a full background check prior to being accepted. If your advertisement is rejected, you will be refunded immediately and your Paypal.com subscription will be cancelled. I will not accept advertisements that promote products and services that fail to fulfill the message being advertised and I will not accept advertisements that mislead the community readership of GarryConn.com.

Visit www.garryconn.com/advertise to purchase advertisements off of the old rate card. Prices will be increasing very soon. I am estimating that you have about 48 hours to purchase advertisements based off the old rate card before the new rate card is implemented. I will be revising my advertisement presentation page (www.garryconn.com/advertise) tonight and tomorrow. The final page will provide an overview of the services as shown above but the actual rate card will be produced on a .PDF file so that I don’t have to continuously update the entire advertisement page every time I have price changes (whether that be increases or decreases).
Feel free to drop me a comment if you have any questions or comments. Also keep in mind, people who are locked in on the old rates stay at the old rates regardless of what the current rate card indicates. So, if you’d like to jump on board at the introductory rate, you better get your subscription order in quick. Again you have about 48 hours to place your order under the old rate card.
