I also was experiencing some trouble. If I commented to frequently, I would get a message stating to slow down and wait at least 15 seconds before each comment, yet it had been an hour. When I turned 'OFF' the Live commenting feature, everything was fine. That might have been your trouble also??? On the other one I would click 'submit', but it wouldnt let me. I would press it and it would be 'submitting' - not letting my type anything.
