MMO Blog Review: Shane Higgenbottom

The make money online niche is actually a very small galaxy in the blogosphere universe. While it may seem like there are a million and one different make money online blogs, there really are about a thousand or so. Of that thousand there are only a few hundred that are worth note.

Shane Higginbottom, author of Making Money Blogging, is a 40 year old Canadian guy with a steady girlfriend and a handsome 6 yr old son living the life of a blue collar worker as a full time plumber and home builder. While you might or might not also be in this line of business, I have to say, it’s a tough job. Getting up really early to beat the heat and calling it a day in the late afternoon due to sheer heat exhaustion is a job that requires much needed strength and the desire to make money.

Do You Have The Drive To Succeed Online

Shane has a strong will to find success online. Back in 2006 he received some killer earning online and decided to take upon two full time careers working his day job and his second job in making money online. Just like many families, there are times when Shane struggles to continue to make his online businesses profitable. While he can always fall back on his day job to pick up the slack, the dream of motivation to actually quit his day job are strong.

Do You Have The Dedication To Make Money Online

Shane is a very dedicated, honest and determined individual and wants nothing more that to find dependable and stable success with making money online. His personal blog in many ways provides a chronicle of events that takes place in his day to day ventures of making money online. Here are a few articles that Shane wrote that I think you might be interested in reading:

  • How To Discover Low Competition High Demand Market Niches – It seems like alot of new marketers are having a tough time finding niche markets or products that they can sell online. So I figured being the nice guy that I am, that I would cough up a method that I use to find niche markets very quickly.
  • Make Money Onine With Facebook – Facebook is one of the largest social networking and Web 2.0 sites out there right now, and it just keeps growing. It started out as a site primarily for college students and has grown into a world-wide phenomenon.
  • High PR blogs and High PR blog directories – Here is a list of High blog directories and high PR blogs that I have found just browsing around. I think most of you are familiar with these most of these blog directories and blog catalogs, if not hopefully you can find this list useful.

Do You Have What It Takes In This Business

As you can tell, Shane is no stranger to hard work. He works hard everyday, one working a tough manual labor job and two works even harder in the evenings and late hours in the night with his second business. The person who started the rumor and myth that making money online was easy should be shot. While making money isn’t COMPLICATED, it does require work. Something being complicated and something being HARD are two different things.

Shane doesn’t have a COMPLICATED job, it’s labor intensive. While it does require schooling and prior experience and education, it really isn’t too complicated. Piloting the Nasa Space Shuttle is complicated. Shane knows all to well that to find success in this world, you’ve got to work hard and I think that is evident on his blog.

Garry,

Shane’s a pretty cool guy despite being not nearly as good looking as I am–heck Garry, he’s not even as good looking as you.

Somehow he’s got a girlfriend.

Seriously…

He’s funny, honest and determined. It makes for a good blog.

Oh, and by the way, thanks for the plug in the side bar. I appreciate it.

Aaron, you have done more than you should have in conviencing me that you are the real deal. Your blog, network and ideas that you are expelling into digital print are absolutely priceless. I learned more in a five minute phone call with your last week than I have in an entire month. You totally deserve that plug. :)

Cool, this post brings my attention to a blogger that I didn’t know about, which is always pretty good if Garry has some nice words to say. I’ve also heard some good things about Aaron from FullTilt, safe to say I will be checking him out as well. If Garry learned that much in 5 minutes, I’m sure my head will bust from the knowledge I can soak up.

see ya

Aaron has a very giving personality like me. For him to just up and call me and provide me with some “Top Secret Tips” is pretty cool. I would definitely recommend reading his blog and befriending him. He can do nothing but help you.
