Identity Theft ruined many lives. It is a crime. 2. Be extra vigilant when giving out personal information
3. Shred all personal information before throwing it away in your rubbish
4. If you move house, make sure you tell your bank and other organizations in advance
5. Tell the Royal Mail if you suspect your mail is going missing
