So uhhhh, pay Garry the $25, build the site and get it indexed and make back that $25 in one month……
And then continue to make money each month after that, there really is no downside or reason to not take advantage of Garry’s skills if you don’t know how to research a niche and keywords yourself.
I have applied the exact tactics that Garry talks about on his blog and made $29.86 from AdSense in October. Yeah it’s not a whole lot of money and quite honestly the ads were paying VERY low, some were paying out $.5 CPC!
This was before I really had a clue to research the CPC, I just went after the traffic. Had Garry done some research for me I could have turned that $30 into $60 or more with less traffic then I had.

I think that this is an awesome offer.
I give you Garry a further suggestion. Why don’t you provide also the information on the best monetization channel for the niche you choosed and researched ?
You could suggest for example if you personally would use Adsense, a specific product affiliate program, affiliate marketing (ie providing a specific campaign of JPN, Market Leverage etc) or something else. In this way you have also the chance to get comissions if the customer isn’t yet subscribed to the affiliate marketing network.
