RadioBlogTalk Episode #4 | Dynamic WordPress Pages and The Power of Guest Blogging
You know, I am learning quite a bit about blogging. A few days ago, I mentioned that was turning the blog over to my readers. This has been a huge success! So far, I have published a post from Tish and David. Both were amazing and very successful!
I have quite a few more guest posts in hand and based off the results so far, I think I will be continuing with providing the articles submitted by guest authors. Everyone has been thrilled to have the opportunity to post on GCDC and my readers seem to really enjoy it too. So, if you guys like it… we’ll keep going with it. As it stands now, I have more than 7 days worth of content to publish.
Just so that everyone knows… I will be posting one article per day unless I start to get back logged. If that happens, I will post two per day. I want to make sure each guest post receives plenty of exposure and comments, so to assure that happens, I very well may just keep a back log and only publish one per day. We’ll all have to work together on this and see how it goes.
Today in RadioBlogTalk, David and I talk about guest blogging as well as a new product that we will be unveiling very soon. In the show, I explain more in depth why I am allowing guests to publish content on my blog and why it benefits the guest blogger as well as myself.
The new product David and I are about to launch is called, DynoPages. I would have never realized how much work is involved when releasing a product. DynoPages is done! It’s now up to me to provide a readme.txt file that explains what it is and how to install it. Secondly, I need to create a small website that offers more documentation and support for DynoPages. The website is up and running. I still need to do a lot of work on it, but if you want to check it out in advanced and bookmark it, please do. The website address is www.DynoPage.com.

I’ve enjoyed the posts by Tish and David so far. Looking forward to others. I’m also particularly interested in taking a peek at that DynoPage site of yours. I have it on my list of daily reads.

DynoPages are going to be fun! I can’t believe that we got it in a WordPress Plugin format. This is like the “Best Case Scenario” and I am still amazed that we pulled it off!
DynoPages doesn’t get much easier! People asked for “Drag and Drop”… well, you got it!

When you create a post or even a page, you can go back and link up relevant keywords found in your post or page and point them to your DynoPage which will then add to the total number of pages people as well as search engines will see.

Hi Guys,
i like your talks and I understand also that actually it is a must to be on YouTube, but this are “talks” and IMHO they are more a podcast than a video.
Consider to provide them also as a mp3, I would preferr this medium, because I can stuff them on my ipod and hear them in the car when I drive to work.
ciao
alex

I think that’s a great idea as well, Garry. I’ve been reading my new book on podcasting, and I have already learned a lot!
