Great post, I've already burn't my feed and submitted it to a ton of directories using RSS Submit ... another thing to recommend with StumbleUpon is to make lots of friends in similar niches, then when you stumble your own site they see it, and if they like it their friends get to see it to ... StumbleUpon traffic is not the best for converting, but its free at the end of the day! Burning the feed is a great piece of advice though ... great site!

I'm becoming a real StumbleUpon fan myself and finding myself checking what my Stumble Friends have recommended on a daily basis.

This option to provide your readers with links to content that may be of further interest to them also sounds like a great idea, I'm going to look at implementing this myself!

Thanks Garry!

You are a genius. I tried and tried to use the StumbleCrumble widget but could never get it to work. This did the trick BLESSINGS TO YOU! If you were here in person, I'd kiss you. :-)

The widget thingy is a great idea -- I hadn't thought to do that! I've been using Twitter (in conjunction with "Twit This") to record articles and links to pages that I also Stumble. Then I put the Twitter badge in my sidebar to let my readers know about it. The problem with this method has been 1) you can't click the links from the twitter badge, and 2) I'm still not linking to the authors. I need to put your rss idea on my list of site updates -- I'm sure my readers will enjoy it, and the authors probably wouldn't mind either.

[...] that none of the sites in your SU blog receive any link juice from the Search Engines. Gary has an excellent solution to this, which I’ll shortly be implementing on this blog, but how to reward your SU Friends [...]
