Submit Your Business Plan and Win $100,000 Dollars

boost-your-business-2008Forbes.com is holding their second annual Boost Your Business contest. The winner will be rewarded with a $100,000 dollar check. Last year, close to 1000 people submitted their business plans to Forbes.com. A special panel of judges reviewed them. This year is no different.

Consider this, last year only less than 1000 people submitted business plans into Forbes.com. In my opinion, those aren’t very bad odds at all. Think about it. How many people purchase lottery tickets in hope of scoring big. You have more of a chance of getting struck by lightening or getting eaten by a shark than you do winning the lottery.

The way I see it, you have a 1 out of 1000 chance towards winning $100,000 dollars. And compared to the many other popular things that people do playing the odds, this isn’t a bad ratio at all.

Take a look at the full story on Forbes.com titled, Boost Your Business in 2008. Forbes will start accepting submissions for the first round of the contest on April 2, 2008.
