The 10 Most Recent Posts From My Favorite Blogs
Hello everyone! I haven’t had a lot of time to post here on the site as much as I did last month. I have been really hard at work on another site I work on. It’s kind of my money maker site and I have put in tons of hours into it this month which is really the main reason why I haven’t posted as much as I want to here on this site. I really try to keep these two sites separate… largely because I don’t sell anything directly on this site. There are no advertisements on this site because my goal here is to help people. On the site I have been working on is a different story. It started to make enough money to cover my hosting fees. Soon after that it started to make enough money to pay for my hosting fees and my high speed cable Internet service… and today it is making enough money to cover both of these bills and half my mortgage payment. I currently have two wonderful people working with me on the site and I am able to pay them a commission based salary. So fortunately and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to spend as much time here on this as I would like.
With that being said… I totally forgot that I can add direct syndication of feeds from other sites on my site. So, I have done just that… if you look on the sidebar, you will see a new entry that links you to the 10 most recent posts from my favorite blogs. It is basically a link that gives you a quick jump down to the bottom of my page. You can click the link on the sidebar, [click here], or simply scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see what I have done.
My three most favorite blogs that I read on a daily basis are: Kyle’s Cove, JD’s Blog, and HealthyWebDesign. Use the quick links provided or scroll down manually to the bottom of the page and you will see their most current posts. I enjoy reading these sites a lot and I am sure you will too. I am hoping that this will make up for my lack of time posting on the site. These guys are very knowledgeable people and I totally trust the content they publish on their blogs. I am sure that you if you start reading these sites you will learn a lot from these guys. They are awesome people and have awesome blogs and all have a ton of information to share with you.
Best Regards,
Garry Conn

Hey Gary. Thanks for the inclusion in your footer. I’ll keep watching my referrer stats to see how effective it is and report back to you.

Oh I am not too worried about it. There isn’t too many people who visit my site here… and the people who do are encouraged to visit your site as well as all the other links listed. If you want to keep track of the total hits being sent that is great.
Honestly, if one person visits this site per month or 1000 people visit my site per month.. it doesn’t matter to me. I feel great knowing that the people that do visit here enjoy their stay.
I don’t see a ton of traffic being sent your way, honestly. I would look at having your feed on my page for a great way of increasing backlinks to your site and individual pages… you will see more in that perspective compared to direct hits.
In the long run the added backlinks will help your site increase traffic more so than individual views from visitors here.
I am happy to associate my site with yours, and happy to provide direct links to your posts from my site… just like Kyle’s and Jason’s site… I enjoy you as a writer and really enjoy reading the posts on your site.
I know that you are a web designer… and that is great, aside from that, you are also an excellent writer and I enjoy that a lot. Hopefully in the next few weeks/ months by me adding your feed posts to my pages it will help you with getting your individual pages sitting pretty in Google by adding to your backlinks. I do a lot to help people and maybe what I would like to know is eventually if I was able to send you a paying client. Everyone has bills to pay, and I would be very happy to discover that I was able to put a viewer in touch with you for a service he needed.
I have said it before, if I knew nothing about web design, and with the thousands of people who could provide this service to me, I would turn to you for help. Knowing this… that is why I am happy to put your links on my site. I trust you as a person and trust the work you do and with that being said, I trust that you will provide an excellent service for my friends and viewers of this site.
BTW… I am sorry for not returning emails… When I download my mail, man… there is so much email! I can’t keep up and keep putting replying off because I just don’t have time… I just wanted to let you know that, I am not avoiding you, I just have been banging my head against the wall trying to stay organized…
Maybe my blogging buddy, Jason can give me some organizational advise! LOL
Anyway, take care… and look forward to talking with you… eventually!
I have another site that I would like to see if we could come to a business agreement on some kind of commission based system to where I can advertise your professional services.
Best Regards,
Garry Conn
