I am with 3-year plan (Hostgator) and I have talked to them on chat for so many times! I just love it!
I have also published many of my chat transcripts on my email blog vikasemails.wordpress.com !

I am happy to hear about the positive experiences you've had as well. It's a nightmare to have an issue with your website, but even more to experience the same problem and feel abandoned by your host provider… that's how I felt for a long time until I switched over to HostGator.com.

You were with which WebHost prior to this? Just for knowledge and fun; I keep doing my research.
Yeah, every time I use live chat my problem is fixed right away. They are great! I have no complaints about HG and I have two accounts with them hosting several sites.

Should I fire my DreamHost? I have accounts on both of DH and HG,
but one of reasons why I keep both is that I was a bit worrying will the GApps transition pass without headaches. Now I know the answer. Thank you Garry.
