First and foremost, The Internet and the Blogosphere would not be what it is today if it wasn’t for Google, Inc. So ultimately Google.com is the most popular and widely used tool in The Successful Bloggers Tool Box.

WordPress started with a single bit of code to enhance the typography of everyday writing on the web and fewer users than you can count on your hands and toes. Since then it has grown to be the largest self-hosted blogging tool in the world, used on hundreds of thousands of sites and seen by millions of people every day. WordPress was born out of a desire for an elegant, well-architectured personal publishing system built on PHP and MySQL and licensed under the GPL. It is the official successor of b2/cafelog. WordPress is fresh software, but its roots and development go back to 2001. It is a mature and stable product. We hope by focusing on user experience and web standards we can create a tool different from anything else out there.

Madhur,

Yes, I just came out of a bad writers block, and the juices are flowing… I really hope everyone is enjoying the content here. I hope that my writing does find everyone personal blogging success.

Let me know if there are certain things that you would like to know about. I have quite a bit of energy and think I have quite a few articles left in me before I hit another writers block (hopefully that doesn’t happen again!). What do you need help with?
