The YouTube Favorites!
Let us have some fun! The people that follow my blog could easily believe that I am a way too serious and boring guy! That is not the case! I love to have fun! So, let’s all take a break and use this post here to have some fun.
I love YouTube and visit the site daily. You know when you go shopping you can buy orange juice from concentrate. Simply bring it home, open the can, dump the concentrate into a pitcher and add water. For me, YouTube is just that. It is a concentrated source of intelligence and creativity. What is more promising, most of the best videos done are by kids, teens and young inspiring adults! When I was a child, I played the Atari 2600. My computing experience started with a Commodore 64, then that quickly upgraded to an IBM 286, and so forth. The younger generation of today are totally gifted and creative. I can’t tell you how many times I have said, “Wow, I can’t believe someone created this and put it on YouTube!”
In this article, I want to have fun! I want everyone to comment back and embed their favorite YouTube video and add a brief sentence or two explaining why the video is one of your favorites!
By commenting on this post and including a personal Favorite YouTube video this will explain a lot about who you are as a person, what is important to you and what interests you!
Including a YouTube Videos here in the comments are very easy, all you have to do is include the URL to the video and I will go back and edit in the embed code for you!
Let’s have some fun and lets all share with each other some of our most favorite YouTube Videos of all time!

This is one of my favorites because it has been a total trip watching the Internet grow. I have been using computers all my life and I have been using the Internet longer than I have driven a car. Computers and the Internet are a huge part of my life and I don’t see that changing any time soon.
This is another favorite video of mine because it illustrates the creativity it takes to producing a winning video. I can only imagine how much time and work that went into this video. And the whole adventure of capturing the virus is totally off the wall and funny!
I love art, and I love digital art, I can only imagine the level of skills this artist has. And by channeling his creativity and artistic ability by using PhotoShop (or whatever program that is) is by far about the most amazing thing I have seen! A + + and totally amazing!
Being a long time smoker and in the process of quitting I just loved this one.
Not near as funny as yours, but a good runner up!
Good one Garry
I haven’t watched too many youtube videos, thanks to the bandwidth crunch in india. but this is one of my favorites.
Hi Garry
Another fun exercise you’ve started.
Here is one of my favourite youtube videos.
Enjoy!!
There is no overall favourite from me – I love nearly all really junky TV, so clips of Takeshis Castle, and shorts clips of many other Tv shows is what I like. I’m not really into home made clips as most is fairly boring – how many times can you watch someone lip sync a song?
I started with a C64 as well then went to an Amiga…long long ago. Before that I had an Intellivision, wow the graphics, the power, the…

This clip was posted on my blog and crashed my server by reddit fans
I must be on purpose! That is funny!
That’s pretty cool man… I remember the C64 like it was yesterday. About a year ago, I went to eBay to see if people were selling them, and sure enough they were there. Tons of C64 stuff!
*I edited your sig to point to your about me page. I don’t mind people including links in comments, but why link to your home page when your name already points there? Give yourself some love in other sections of your site…
Linking twice to the same spot doesn’t help… Google will index you only once per crawl. And even it if did index you twice, nothing would change.
Thanks garry about the sig. I put one in more like a signature in an email – out of habit really.
Did you use the
this reminds a bit of Mind The Gap warning on the Underground in London and the big bra (with even bigger cleavage
) posters saying the same thing. Clever advertising.
Thats cool… I do the same in email, and really don’t mind you doing it in the comments either… I just wanted to point out that you are invited to do so, and to take advantage by linking to two different places in your site…
Did you use the….
??
I hope you comment back and complete that one, because now you have me wondering? LOL!!
Here is some more in clever advertising:

This has to be a joke… Right?!?!?
Too funny… I put it up on my blog awhile back. Frankly I have 100’s of favorite youtube videos but this one popped into my head.
I have been at your site for awhile watching videos… you have some really good ones.
Super happy to have you Garry.
You have some good videos on the site. The one where the crowd was instructed NOT to laugh at the comedian’s jokes was awesome! Awesome prank!
Sorry, I meant ‘did you use the a href= thing ( which you did.
chers,

(thanks for this Garry.)
Oh, missed that… sorry:
Yes, HTML such as:
<a href="http://yoursite.com/yourlink.php">Your Link Name</a>
Additionally, for optimized seo and sem marketing:
<a title="Your Anchor Tag" href="http://yoursite.com/yourlink.php">Your Link
Name</a>
