Today on the Top Affiliate Challenge, I have to say it was much better. I got a closer look at the teams and gathered some insight on what they are doing. They aired a tip from John Chow on how to cheat Google AdWords, Yahoo Publisher and Microsoft AdCenter… I wouldn’t recommend doing it though. I am sure it’s against TOS for many of these programs.
They gave Ken McArthur quite a bit of air time today and I was able to discover the web site that they are using in the competition. You should visit the site to get a first hand look at what Ken McArthur and his Pepperjam team have built and are using to make so much money in the Top Affiliate Challenge. Visit www.notonecent.com. In the show, Team Pepperjam explain why they used Drupal rather than WordPress. Drupal is a really cool open source CMS just like WordPress but it gives people a little bit more flexibility. If I am not mistaken, I believe that Randy Brown’s Grown Up Geek is also a Drupal site, you might want to check that out as well.
I would even recommend acting just like a NORMAL person stumbling into their site and follow their guide. Sign up for their mailing list and go through the motions. When you do so, I would strongly recommend taking a tour of the inner workings of the site. You’ll be able to see how they are using Aweber. You’ll be able to see how they promote their offers and you’ll see the really sweet wording and content they have written. All in all, their site is very awesome and you can learn a lot just by visiting the site and observing what they are doing in building, developing and marketing it to make money. Very very duplicatable.
Top Affiliate Challenge Episode #5 was by leaps and bounds much better then the previous four. While I still think there can be some improvements, I can honestly say that I did learn something after watching the show. And that my friends is what it’s all about, right?
One things that I really liked a lot was the Share Something In 60 Seconds. In today’s episode they shared with their viewers 22 TAC Recommended web sites for you to visit. Some of them I have heard of, others I haven’t. So all in all it was great to see this list and I wanted to pass it down to you as well.

Thanks for a great review! We are all playing our parts for sure, and there are lots of twists. Imagine turniing 10 or more hours of footage every day into a half hour show in a day or two and you have the TAC Production Challenge. Our crew is doing a fantastic job.

Heya Ronda:
I’ve always loved your upbeat attitude and the view of the positive side of things, the world is a better place when people describe things with a upbeat perspective.
Thanks as well for your discussions on “Share something in 60 Seconds” with the shapes in GeometryOfSuccess.com, good tips!

The more episodes that come out, the better the quality. My guess is by episode 8 it will be perfect. Thanks for your review of the show Gary.

Where can you view Episode 5? It doesn’t load from the TAC site and it’s not even listed at Google videos. Episode 6 is available and viewable from both places but not #5.
