(But I'm using vista myself, lol) You can still get into the appearance window by right clicking on desktop -> personalize -> windows color and appearance -> click on "open class appearance properties for more color options". -> Effects button. ;) It’s for XP, I found it through google. It will affect your whole system though. As far as I know, there is no plugin to do this only in firefox. I don't know how this works if you have another OS.
